Product FAQs
Do we have to buy everything at once?
No. Most customers start with two or three capabilities on one building — typically Service Requests, Preventive Maintenance and Housekeeping — and switch on more as processes mature. Everything shares the same users, sites and audit trail, so there is no re-implementation.
Does Facyliti replace our BMS?
No. The IoT/BMS module is an overlay: it reads from your existing BMS, meters and sensors and turns alarms into tickets and telemetry into maintenance triggers and energy dashboards.
How long does implementation take?
A single building with standard configuration is typically live in 2–4 weeks. Multi-building roll-outs run in waves; the 60-day pilot programme proves value on one building first.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — Android and iOS apps for technicians, supervisors, housekeeping and security, a tablet app for gates and kiosks, and a tenant/occupant app. Field apps work offline.
Which integrations are available today?
