Platform fee
Charged per facility per month. Covers hosting, security, updates, core workflows and support.
Per-user rates by role
Admins and building managers at one rate; supervisors, technicians and helpdesk agents lower; field staff (housekeeping, security, valet) lowest; occupants and vendor staff free.
Module add-ons
Each module is a flat add-on per facility per month. Start with three, add more any time — no re-implementation.
One-time services
Implementation (Basic / Standard / Premium), training, data migration, integrations and optional hardware (kiosk tablets, rugged phones, biometric devices).

Pricing FAQs
Why don’t you publish prices?
Because two buildings of the same size rarely need the same thing. Pricing depends on the number of facilities, the modules you switch on, how many users you have in each role, and which integrations and hardware you need. A 30-minute call gives you a precise quote — no negotiation theatre.
Is there a free trial?
We run a 60-day paid pilot on a single building instead of a free trial: real data, real staff, real results, with implementation support. Pilot fees are credited against the full roll-out.
What’s the minimum contract?
12 months is typical; 24- and 36-month terms come with better rates. Billing can be monthly, quarterly or annual.
Are occupants and tenants charged?
No. Occupant/employee users, tenant admins and vendor staff are free. You pay for your operations team by role.
Can we add modules later?
Yes. Modules are add-ons per facility per month and can be switched on at any time — they use the same users, sites and data.
Do you charge for hardware?
Kiosk tablets, rugged phones and biometric devices are optional; you can buy or rent them monthly. Your own compatible hardware works too.
Is GST applicable?
Yes, all prices are exclusive of GST and invoiced with GST-compliant e-invoices.
